| Dajackie Kennels will be re-locating very soon. We are indeed sorry to be moving, but sadly we are at the mercy of a few small minded neighbours, who have no interest in saving or conserving one of the last small remnant bands of Pure Australian Dingoes, and only want to complain about the Dingoes being here and howling sometimes, with the Mini Foxies joining in for short periods during the day. There is no barking or howling at night, because they are all locked up in warm sheds where their kennels are located, but this has failed to satisfy the complainants, who continue to make a fuss about the Dogs and Dingoes being here. And so we are being driven out of our home, so as to avoid having to put down our beloved Dingoes and most of our Mini Foxies. Unfortunately these unreasonable few have stirred up so much unjustified trouble that the Blayney Council has refused to give me permission to continue breeding, or to even have the Dogs and Dingoes here. We have the right of appeal but because of the attitude of a few, there is little point in appealing, as they will only continue to complain. The thought of moving and starting all over again terrifies me - but the thought of having my Dingoes and most of my Mini Foxies put down so that I can stay here, and satisfy Blayney Council and the few neighbours who have caused so much trouble,is more than I can bear. I will do everything I can to keep my dogs and dingoes together with me. My Dingoes are all DNA tested by the Professor Alan Wilton, and are an important gene pool for other breeders. I am closely associated with other Dingo breeders, who like me are doing their bit to conserve the pure Australian Dingo. We plan to stay in the Bathurst area, and will keep you all informed.
